All in all, it was great place for travelling to Kyoto. Lots of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk and TV. Walking distance to a supermarket and shopping streets across the street.

Functional & fairly clean place, discreet staff. The breakfast was traditional with plenty of toast, bread, cheese, muffins and croissants. The local beach was near the hotel. Very quick check-in and helpful service.
